and then came august. it was a super big turnover in life for me coz a lot of really good things happened to me and i got to meet a lot of great people.

i got to attend one of my favourite blogger, audrey of fourfeetnine.com's wedding dinner in kl coz my daddy is her dad's high school friend.

so here's a recap on what really happened in twenty twelve. the happy ones and the fun ones. the special occasions and who i've met.

my first visit to number 76 hair saloon. which was right before chinese new years. got to meet my blogging idol cheesie there and got a special 20% discount. hair was by deji-san and amy.

and then it was chinese new years. as usual i went back to penang.

when i found out about the whole collaboration between Isetan x Vivi magazine, i was mad excited to see what activities and events that they would be having. and there was this japanese styling contest where by we mix and match our own clothing and send in by december 7th. and the 10 winners would get to attend a styling workshop by Miss Chiharu Kikuchi san~

samsung galaxy note 2 x be creative

so besides having the galaxy wonderland contest, samsung has another on-going contest for creative people (and also non-creative people) who wants to have fun and join. well, this is for samsung galaxy note 2 and their theme is to BE CREATIVE.

last week during the samsung super bff party when i met both Cheesie and Audrey again, they asked if i had time to come by and support their fashion show. so i promised i'd come and of course i went for it just now.

so last friday was the debut to foruchizu's pop up store at isetan, klcc. if you still dont know what foruchizu is, let me explain to you.

FORU = four and CHIZU = cheese in japanese

which is the combination of fourfeetnine (audrey) and cheeserland (ringo cheesie). and foruchizu is a brand that they both came up with, bringing in beautiful clothing and accessories from japan as well as their own designs.

[EVENTS] Samsung x Hello Kitty Super BFF Party

right after the topshop event last satruday, there was an event by samsung malaysia to launch their latest addition to their galaxy phone family. with the collaboration of sanrio's famous cat, hello kitty. they launched the samsung galaxy y hello kitty phone. and they organized a super bff party at gsc, pavilion.

so i went there right after seeing Jane and i saw her again at the Samsung BFF Party.

upon arrival we were greeted by many cute kitty girls with a huge hello kitty balloon arch. so pink so cute i couldn't resist staring at them. boyfie was my bff for the day coz my 2 other besties couldn't make it for the party. he felt socially pinky-ly awkward. poor boyfie.

got up really early yesterday for a Topshop special preview with one of the famous blogger, Jane Chuckei. i had to go alone for the event coz Yuna had work in the morning and she can't join me. but i was lucky enough to bump into Sinn Xian whom i met at Foruchizu pop-up store.

so we were given a month to do this final project which contributes to our final exams. and there were three of us in a team. exam for 1 group which has only 2 persons but they were ok with that.
and the moment we got our groups formed, we started to discuss and decide on the theme. originally we were thinking of "Victorian Vintage" which was much based on laces, khaki coloured and vintage kind of stuff.

but then again the word "VINTAGE" and "LACE" is so common now. *eventho i love lace and vintage* 

so we brainstormed again. different ideas and themes came to mind like. "Peacock", "Manchester United", "Burlesque" and so on…

those who know me or have followed me on my blog and page long enough would probably already know who my bestie is. well having her around is probably one of the best things that could ever happen in my life coz she probably only fail me a couple of times but after getting mad at her for a few minutes, i'd get over it.

last weekend i was back in penang for grammy's 80th birthday dinner. and i got to know that on sunday the 18th there was a penang bridge marathon run so i registered for it somewhere early september with boyfie.

i left for juru at 4.30am with stephanie who tagged along with boyfie and i. due to some unforeseen circumstances, all the five girls from kl had to arrange our own transportation up. so boyfie drove me all the way up to penang.

so the other night i tagged along with vince to attend the final party with x top model finalist before the final show. the theme was hello sailor with a nautical dress code.

when a group a females/girls/women gather, we tend to gossip. we ask about the latest happening and talk about other girl's boyfriends. we share our stories and experiences.

so what are the qualities a man should have to be considered a good man?

takeshi kaneshiro? lee hom wang? brat pitt? no doubt they are the hot and talented. but do they have the qualities that men should have that u're looking for? coffee, tea or me?

so the other day i was pretty bored at home after going for an event job interview. since i already had make up and i'm all dressed up, i decided to tag along with cikgu eiran to attend the x top model denim night.

now that i've been a student for a month, i really do appreciate the time i have and the things i do. i have so much more time to do random photo shoots. i have more time to do my assignments since i'm working freelance. i can work when i feel like working and don't when i'm tired.

so dear babe yumi wong had the stage to organize her birthday party with sponsors like snips, ellui and keith kee. so there was a pretty photo wall the moment we arrive at the stage and i was early so i went backstage to peek first. then came out to snap a pic with the birthday girl.

Number76 | From Ombre to Dark Lavender Ash

i love my ombre hair by deji san of number 76 which i did back in early june. but the bleached part got really really dry because i swim a lot and the chlorine made it worse. so i decided to chomp my hair a lil shorter and dye it dark again.

so here comes part four. where boyfie's friends did a birthday countdown for me at neway karoke. liz gave me a lil surprise with pretty purple balloons and a lil crown for me to wear. which is really sweet coz usually i'll be the one doing these things. :)

and then on saturday night after class, i went home to shower and waited for boyfie to pick me up. had a lil gathering with a group of brothers n sisters whom i've not met since april.



so we had dinner and catch up while waiting for some to come. having lil baby anna b is so much more fun.

and then here comes the cake. the part where i had to stand on a hair in TGIF and make a speech of 150 words or sing a song loudly. and i mean loudly or else i wont pass. so i said thank you and thank you and thank you lol….and then they sang a birthday song for me.

last tuesday kenji and agnes celebrated their birthdays. and i rushed for both after work at 9 plus at night. felt kinda bad coz i only appeared for an hour or so for both parties.

and last sunday i came back to work. it's the very first pageant for me running behind the scenes instead of seeing me on stage. i'm too short to participate anyway. as per title it was the Miss World Malaysia 2012.

now that it's been official for quite some time and i am about to leave. yes i will be leaving my current company really soon and get myself back into school to go after my ultimate dream.
