And off we go, to our second trip together. We departed at 3.50pm and arrived an hour later at my shopping paradise, to celebrate his birthday, to the madness of Bangkok! And so...the fun begins!
Checked-in our hotel at Chao Hostel (Located at the same building of Siam@Siam). I came across Chao when researching for a nice but reasonable price for our stay and fell in love at first sight. Really love the overall interior with a very clean yet raw design. Indeed, it was as beautiful as it was online.
Right after we freshen up, out we went to hunt for Som Tam Nua (Siam Square Soi 5). It took us pretty long to find the place (only because we were confused with all the Soi(s)). By the time we found the place, the queue was already pretty long. Waited for about half an hour and it was dinner time!!!
After dinner, it drizzled a little but we stuck to our plan and headed over to Rod Fai 2 Night Market (Behind Esplanade Mall). It was pretty windy with slight drizzle but some stalls started to pack as the lightning flashed. Lucky for us, we managed to walk through the whole night market, eat some really nice snacks and buy a couple of items back! While waiting for our Uber (first call was hijacked, thank goodness we set it to cash payment), we even caught some pokemons.
