a few months back when i've received a message from Corrinne, which i was in a little state of shock that she still remembered me. come to think of it, its been a year and a half since their wedding already.
that was when she said that she wanted me to design and decorate her first baby boy's first birthday. double yay! so we started our discussion on the things that she wanted and needed as well as the theme - Old Macdonald Tea Time Fun because her son, Houston loves that song.
the best part of this whole project is definitely the end outcome after all the planning, designing and purchasing. and i only have after work hours and weekends to get them done. which my timeline was even tighter but yet i enjoyed every moment of it.
before we could start our cake cutting ceremony, some of our guests were a little too hungry that most of the cupcakes and all of our kit kat bars were already gone, hence we had to improvise the design of the cake table before cake cutting.
we do hope that Corrinne, Leo, little Houston and the rest of the guests enjoyed their time at our little farm tea party! Happy Birthday Houston!
